Olga Nowacka is a fifth-year psychiatry resident. She is a graduate of the Medical University of Lublin. She is completing her specialist training in psychiatry at the 1st Department of Psychiatry, University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin. She is a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association. She also works as a teaching assistant at the Medical University of Lublin, conducting classes for both Polish- and English-speaking students. She is actively involved in mentoring the Student Scientific Circle at the 1st Department of Psychiatry in Lublin. She regularly enhances her qualifications by attending numerous scientific conferences and specialist courses in psychiatry. She is a co-author of scientific publications in the field of psychiatry. She conducts patient qualification for the esketamine treatment program at the 1st Department of Psychiatry in Lublin.

She specializes in the treatment of anxiety and neurotic disorders, depressive and adjustment disorders. She has a particular interest in the diagnosis of neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, and in treating psychiatric disorders that co-occur with other conditions, such as dermatological or gastrointestinal issues.

In her work with patients, she is guided by empathy, attentiveness, and the belief that effective help requires both professional medical knowledge and an authentic therapeutic relationship.

She completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) with English as the language of instruction. She also holds a C1 certificate in Spanish.

Olga Nowacka es médica residente de quinto año en psiquiatría. Es egresada de la Universidad de Medicina de Lublin. Realiza su formación especializada en psiquiatría en la 1ª Clínica de Psiquiatría del Hospital Clínico Universitario nº 1 de Lublin. Es miembro de la Asociación Psiquiátrica Polaca. También trabaja como asistente docente en la Universidad de Medicina de Lublin, impartiendo clases a estudiantes de habla polaca e inglesa. Participa activamente en el cuidado del Círculo Científico Estudiantil de la 1ª Clínica de Psiquiatría en Lublin. Mejora regularmente sus competencias profesionales participando en numerosas conferencias científicas y cursos especializados en psiquiatría. Es coautora de publicaciones científicas en el campo de la psiquiatría. Lleva a cabo la calificación de pacientes para el programa de tratamiento con esketamina en la 1ª Clínica de Psiquiatría en Lublin.

Está especializada en el tratamiento de trastornos de ansiedad y neuróticos, trastornos depresivos y adaptativos.
